Cars 101 with Louis Gordon

Do It Yourself Darlin is VERY excited to offer a CARS 101 workshop again! Just like houses, cars can be a very intimidating topic to wrap your head around as a beginner, even when you drive one every day! In this workshop we will:

• Identify key parts of a car around the body, underneath the hood, and inside with vocabulary and definitions

• Discuss the fundamental mechanics of how a car works, and what red flags to look out for

• Discern what elements of car maintenance are DIY friendly and which are not

• Learn about fluids under the hood and how and when to replenish them

• Practice replacing a tire
