Houses 101 with Rhett Harkins

The Houses 101 workshop is designed to teach new homeowners, prospective homeowners, and veteran homeowners alike about the many layers and systems that make up a house along with some basic home maintenance skills. Workshop participants will walk around our Casa Colina house tracking the different components of the house, learning about their functions, key safety tips, and how to tell if anything is awry.
