About the event
The knowledge you need to be confident and independent caring for your home or apartment. Houses and Apartments 101 is a comprehensive beginner-level overview of what all homeowners, renters, and apartment-dwellers should know about their home.
The class is split into two 90-minute segments on the same day that can be attended together or separately at the Downtown Main Library. Each segment will track different components of houses and apartments, learning about their functions, key safety tips, and how to identify potential issues.
Attendees will leave with a home self-assessment that will guide them through applying the knowledge from the class at their own home.
