Kristen Alvarez

Kristen Alvarez discovered her love of DIY house projects after buying her first home in Price Hill in 2006. Through grit and determination Kristen took on a variety of projects to improve her home. In 2016 Kristen started Property Mothers Real Estate and jumped into house flipping. After successfully completing 3 projects Kristen and her mom bought a large 2 Family in Norwood and got to work on building a multigenerational home that included tearing everything down to the studs and redesigning the space to accommodate the family.

Kristen is an entrepreneur and mother of 2. She spends her days managing her Pet Care company, being a Mama, and dabbling in a variety of hobbies including fitness and DIY projects.
